Order Cancellation Before Shipment

• You may cancel your order free of charge before fulfillment, processing, or shipment begins.

• To request cancellation, contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible and provide your order number.

• If your order has not yet entered the fulfillment process, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Please note: once an order has been processed, prepared for shipment, dispatched, or if a custom product has entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible (except where required by law).

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from certain purchases within 14 calendar days without giving a reason.

• The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or someone you designate) receive the goods.

• Processing may be temporarily delayed until the request is fully reviewed and verified.

Products That Cannot Be Cancelled

Unless required by law, cancellation rights may not apply to:

• Items manufactured to customer specifications

• Products already shipped

• Items used, damaged, or altered after delivery

• Gift cards

• Products excluded from withdrawal rights under German/EU law

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products

For security reasons, Idncsh reserves the right to delay, refuse, or cancel transactions where fraud, unauthorized payments, suspicious activity, or violations of our Terms of Service are suspected. Additional verification may be requested before processing certain cancellations.
